Note the 'NFR' bit. This is essentially an evaluation version with a user limit instead of a time limit.
Note the "Includes 6 Client Access Licenses" bit. This should be taken to mean "Includes a 6 Client Limit". The 6 CALs means its the Not For Resale edition. Essentially a fully functional trial version without any time limit. You can use it for as long as you want but you cant add more client access licenses so you're stuck with a user limit of 6. You can see 'NFR' printed on the label on the top of the box.
