This is just plain old Windows 3.1 - no networking features at all. Note that the copy shown here is brand new - still shrink-wrapped. Never been opened. The contents have not seen the light of day since it was originally made in the early 90s (assuming it was made during daylight hours). The Sub-album contains pictures of a different copy that has been opened. Some of its pictures are clearer than these.
