Dear Customers:



There have been several complaint issues that many of you were was unable to receive any attachment files or Zip files.  Its' appear that the attachment files or zip files shown up on the destination addresses as unreadable characters.  ESS Technology, Inc. are not responsible for these matter or issues.  Here are the following ISP that encounter this problems:



1.  AOL

2.  Yahoo

3.  Excite

4.  Juno

5.  Netscape



Perhap, there are several more ISP that were not mention above could encounter the same problems.  These problems due to ISP cannot convert any attachment files or Zip files to MINE(readable) format.  Please call your ISP technical support if you encounter this problems.
