The cabinetTemperature MIB object returns values ranging from 1
    to 5.  These values reflect the following temperature ranges:

normal(1)               50 - 95 f
high(2)                 95 - 110 f
excessivelyHigh(3)      > 110 f,  causes a shutdown 
low(4)                  35 - 50 f 
excessivelyLow(5)       < 35 f,   causes a shutdown
