Thank you for purchasing a 100Mb/s Fast Ethernet Modular Media Interface 100BaseFX (DLXFX) or 100BaseTX (DLXTX) uplink for your DIGITAL MultiSwitch 612EX.

In order to fully utilize these Modular Media Interface uplinks, you will need to upgrade your clearVISN software and the firmware for your MultiSwitch 612EX. The clearVISN and firmware upgrades are available free of charge on CD-ROM.

To receive your free software license key for clearVISN Stack Manager Version 2.1 or MultiChassis Manager Version 6.1, you must provide proof of purchase for the DIGITAL MultiSwitch 612EX, 100Base TX or 100BaseFX Modular Media Interface, and a Stack Manager Version 2.0 or MultiChassis Manager Version 6.0 license or higher.
Proof of purchase must include:

• Your name, ship-to address, and telephone number
• Serial number of your DLXFX or DLXTX hardware purchased between February 1, 1997 and October 1, 1997
• License number of your clearVISN Stack Manager or MultiChassis Manager software
