           The TeMIP OSI Management Toolkit Version 2.1A for DIGITAL UNIX
           V4.0B allows you to create and configure an OSI Access Module that
           provides your TeMIP system with access to Network Elements running
           the Common Management Information Protocol (CMIP).

           Enclosed is the TeMIP OSI Management Toolkit Version 2.1A for
           DIGITAL UNIX software kit and documentation.

           Notes contain information such as recommendations, amendments to
           documentation and restrictions.

           stallation Guide (AA-QEMQF-TE) for details of how to access the
           Release Notes.

           Refer to the Software Product Description and the TeMIP for DIGI-
           TAL UNIX OSI Management Toolkit Installation Guide for information
           on prerequisite software and hardware.

           License Keys on DIGITAL UNIX

           Before installing the software you must load the Product Autho-
           rization Key (PAK) information using the License Management Fa-
           cility (LMF). The PAK information appears on the Software License
           Certificate.

           Refer to the TeMIP for DIGITAL UNIX OSI Management Toolkit Instal-
           lation Guide for more information on the LMF.
