To read the Release Notes before installing Com- paq COBOL, use the following DCL command to extract them into a file: $ product extract release_notes COBOL/source=SYS$HELP:COBOL027.RELEASE_NOTES This command will extract the Release Notes into SYS$HELP. The instructions for the installation will be found in the Installation Guide.
