The ACMS Desktop Version 2.3 release adds support for the fol-
lowing enhancements:

o  New desktop tools:

   -  Delphi[TM]

   -  Developer/2000[TM]

o  Data compression

o  Multi-part applications

o  Windows NT[TM] Version 4.0

o  PPP for Win32

o  OpenVMS V7.1
