Description

The ACMSxp Version 3.0 product included the following major
enhancements:

o  Transactional gateway from Windows NT to OpenVMS (Ability to
   start a transaction on Windows NT that coordinates resources
   on OpenVMS via task-call-task)

o  Transactional interoperability with ACMS (Ability to start a
   transaction from ACMSxp that coordinates resources under the
   control of ACMS)

o  Graphical system management tool

o  Selectable resource manager option (none, single, multi)

o  Numerous performance and usability improvements

o  Support for OpenVMS Alpha Version 7.1

Kit Contents

The following chart lists all major components of the ACMSxp
for OpenVMS Alpha kit. Existing customers with valid service
contracts will receive only those components that are new or
updated for this release.
