                   ALL-IN-1 TeamLinks Connection Version 2.5



                             Read Before Installing

        1 About this Product

              This kit contains ALL-IN-1[TM] TeamLinks[TM] Connection
              (TLC) Version 2.5.

              This version adds support for OpenVMS[TM] Alpha systems,
              so you can install TLC Version 2.5 on ALL-IN-1 Version 3.1
              running on an OpenVMS Alpha system.

              TLC Version 2.5 comprises the ALL-IN-1 servers that allow
              TeamLinks Version 2.5 clients to access ALL-IN-1 data
              and services. TLC Version 2.5 also works with TeamLinks
              Version 2.1 clients. This means that TeamLinks users can
              upgrade their client software at their convenience, after
              the server software has been upgraded. Users of TeamLinks
              Version 2.1 will not, however, gain the full benefit of
              the enhancements introduced in TeamLinks Version 2.5 until
              they upgrade their client software.

        2 Documentation for TLC Version 2.5

              The TLC Version 2.5 kit includes an Installation and
              Management Guide. This contains the following:

              o  A description of the main differences between this
                 version of the TLC and the previous version (Version
                 2.1)

           o  Descriptions of known problems and restrictions in TLC
              Version 2.5

           o  Information about installing the TLC

           o  Information about managing the TLC

           The Installation and Management Guide is provided in
           the form of printable files in save set TLC025.D on the
           distribution media. These files are:

           TLC025_INST_MGT.PS    PostScript[R]

           TLC025_INST_MGT.TXT   ASCII text

           To access the Installation and Management Guide, use the
           Backup utility to copy the documentation files from the
           save set to a directory on your OpenVMS system, then print
           the file that you require.
