               This kit contains POLYCENTER Framework Development
               Toolkit, Version 1.4.


               Installation Information

               This kit must be installed after POLYCENTER Framework
               V1.4 or POLYCENTER Network Manager 200 V1.4.

               License Registration

               To run this product you need a license for DECMCC-DEV-
               TK.


               Release Notes Information

               The POLYCENTER Framework Development Toolkit release
               notes for Version 1.4 are part of the distribution kit.
               You should read the release notes because they contain
               important product considerations.

               o  For VMS systems, you can access the release notes as
                  part of the installation by specifying OPTIONS N when
                  you invoke VMSINSTAL:

                  $ @SYS$UPDATE:VMSINSTAL MCCTK014 ddcn: OPTIONS N

                  If you use OPTIONS N with VMSINSTAL, you are asked
                  whether you want the release notes displayed, printed
                  (or both), copied to SYS$HELP, or none of these op-
                  tions.

               o  For ULTRIX systems, you can access the release notes
                  as part of the installation by specifying the setld
                  -1 command and the file name for the tape drive where
                  the media is mounted. For example:

                  # setld -l /dev/rmt0h

                  Select release notes from the menu.
