explanation of this release.

Installation Overview
---------------------

   The VAX UCXVAX_MA041 kit is installed with the VMSINSTAL command procedure.

   $@SYS$UPDATE:VMSINSTAL UCXVAX_MA041 device-name

   The ECO kit checks to ensure that a valid license is installed before 
   proceeding.  If one is not found, the installation aborts. Restart the
   installation after a valid license is installed.

   This UCXVAX_MA041 kit will install on the VAX platform only.

A system reboot is required after the installation of this update.
