           Read This Before Installation

           This kit contains the DECwindows DECnet SNA 3270 Terminal Emu-
           lator for OpenVMS[TM], version 2.0 software and user documen-
           tation. Please check the bill of materials to see that all the
           items listed are in your distribution kit. If any item is miss-
           ing or damaged, please contact your Digital Equipment Corporation
           representitive.

           The DECwindows DECnet SNA 3270 Terminal Emulator for OpenVMS,
           V2.0 supports OpenVMS VAX V5.4 or later, OpenVMS AXP V1.5, and LMF
           requirements.

           The DECwindows DECnet SNA 3270 Terminal Emulator for OpenVMS, V2.0
           documentation set includes the following:

           o  DECwindows DECnet SNA 3270 Terminal Emulator for OpenVMS
              Installation (AA-NH48C-TE)

           o  DECwindows DECnet SNA 3270 Terminal Emulator for OpenVMS
              Use (AA-NH50C-TE)

           In most cases, the software operates exactly as the DECwindows
           3270 Terminal Emulator product for VAX[TM] systems. Any exceptions
           are noted in the release notes. Digital recommends that you read
           the release notes for any technical issues before you begin in-
           stallation. You can access release notes by responding to prompts
           at the beginning of the installation procedure, before you begin
           to install the software.

           Installation

           Register and load the product's PAK using the OpenVMS License Man-
           agement Facility before you begin installation. Refer to the Open-
           VMS License Management Utility Manual (AA-PVXUA-TK), for complete
           licensing information.

           To install, enter the following:

           $ @SYS$UPDATE:VMSINSTAL SNADWTE020 device-name OPTIONS N
