         Diskless Driver for Tru64 UNIX Version 2.0A Release Notes

         Software Requirements

         DMS Server

         The DMS server node requires the following software:

         o  Tru64 UNIX (formerly DIGITAL UNIX) operating system. For
            operating system prerequisites and Dataless Management
            Services (DMS) requirements, refer to the Tru64 UNIX Software
            Product Description (SPD 41.61.xx and SPD 44.35.xx).

         o  Dataless Management Services (DMS). Refer to the Tru64 UNIX
            Software Product Description (SPD 44.35.xx) for Tru64 UNIX
            Server Extensions information.

         Diskless Client

         The client node requires Tru64 UNIX operating system Version 4.0
         or higher. Refer to the Tru64 UNIX Software Product Description
         (SPD 41.61.xx) for operating system prerequisites.

         Dumping Not Supported for Clients

         Dumping over the network is not supported. A local disk is
         required to capture crash dumps on the client.
