VSI DECset Version 12.9-1 for OpenVMS I64 Systems

        This release of VSI DECset contains the following bug fix:

            The CMS DIFFERENCES command did not generate the
            correct output if the second file was specified
            using the /GENERATION qualifier.  In that case, the
            output of the second file was blank.

            All other DECset applications are identical to those
            in DECset V12.9.

        DECset V12.9-1 includes these applications:

            o  Code Management System (CMS) V4.8-1
            o  Digital Test Manager (DTM) V4.5

            o  Module Management System (MMS) V4.0
            o  Performance and Coverage Analyzer (PCA) V5.1
            o  Source Code Analyzer (SCA) V5.2

        VSI DECset V12.9-1 has been modified to check for a license PAK
        from VMS Software, Inc.  You must have a license PAK from VMS
        Software, Inc. to use this product.  You can order a VSI license
        PAK from:

        Note that copyright notices in this product have been modified
        from HP to VSI.  However, text in help files, display screens,
        or other areas may still say HP.  This will be modified in a
