          BEFORE YOU INSTALL  Hangul FMS for OpenVMS AXP
          V2.4

          This package contains Hangul FMS for OpenVMS AXP
          Version 2.4 software (hereafter referred to as
          Hangul FMS), installation instructions, and user
          documentation.

          Perform the following steps to install Hangul FMS
          on your Hangul OpenVMS for AXP operating system:

          1.Read the Bill of Materials (BOM) enclosed in
            the transparent plastic envelope. Check to see
            if all listed items are in the kit. If any
            item is missing, contact your Digital
            representative.

          2.Ensure that you have Hangul OpenVMS AXP
            Version 1.5 installed on your system.

          3.Check the kit option - Full Development or Run
            time. Ensure that you have the corresponding
            Product Authorization Key (PAK) registered and
            loaded before you install Hangul FMS.
            Otherwise, the IVP will fail.

          4.Hangul FMS is a customer-installable software
            product. To install the product, you need to
            read the Installation Guide carefully for
            important information such as prerequisite
            software, installation procedure,
            pre-installation preparation,
            post-installation tasks.

          5.Read  Hangul FMS Release Notes  for the Hangul
            feature description in this release. For
            standard FMS new features, bug fixes and
            limitations, refer to the standard  FMS Release
            Notes.
