DECwindows Motif for OpenVMS for OpenVMS V1.2-4 is not Year 2000 Ready
without the installation of VAXMOTF02_U4012. This patch kit and the
accompanying cover letter are available in the DECwindows Motif for OpenVMS
VAX V1.2-4A kit located in the [VAXMOTF02_U4012...] directories on this
Software Product Library. Customers must install VAXMOTF02_U4012 according
to the instructions provided in the cover letter in order to ensure that
their systems perform date operations correctly. 

DECwindows Motif for OpenVMS VAX V1.2-4 is a pre-requisite for the
DECwindows Motif/Hebrew product.  All other customers are strongly urged to
install and run DECwindows Motif for OpenVMS V1.2-5 also available on this
Software Product Library.
