          The Compaq ACMSxp Version 3.2A for Tru64 UNIX Alpha product
          includes the following new enhancements:

          o  ACMSxp Version 3.2 (ECO 1) has been incorporated.

          o  All product documentation and media have been brought up to
             the latest Compaq branding standards.
