          Thank you for purchasing DECnet-Plus for DIGITAL UNIX (formerly
          DECnet/OSI for Digital UNIX). Version 4.0B of the software
          product is an implementation of Phase V of the DIGITAL Network
          Architecture (DNA) for the DIGITAL UNIX operating system on
          Alpha hardware. DECnet-Plus enables DIGITAL UNIX systems to
          participate in multivendor networks that adhere to the Open
          Systems Interconnection (OSI) specifications as defined by the
          International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as well as
          traditional DECnet networks.

          Features

          The DECnet-Plus for DIGITAL UNIX Version 4.0B software pro-
          vides a set of applications for use on DIGITAL UNIX systems
          and corrects a number of problems from the previous version.
