          1.Introduction

            This package contains the Asian DECforms
            Run-Time software package for  OpenVMS AXP.
            Read the Bill of Materials. Check to see that
            all items   listed there are in your kit. If
            any items are missing, contact your   DIGITAL
            representative.
            Be sure that you have installed the correct
            versions of prerequisite  software before you
            install Asian DECforms for OpenVMS AXP Version
            1.4A. The versions of required and optional
            software are listed in the Software   Product
            Description.

            This release provides you with the run-time
            environment of Asian DECforms only, it does
            not provide any of the Asian DECforms
            development tools. You must develop your form
            on an OpenVMS VAX system.
          2.Installation and Release Notes Information

            You should read  Asian DECforms for OpenVMS AXP
            Installation Guide   before installing Asian
            DECforms. You must have Version 1.5 or higher
            of the Asian OpenVMS AXP operating system
            installed on your system before you can
            install Asian DECforms for OpenVMS AXP Version
            1.4A.
            You should also read       Asian DECforms for
            OpenVMS AXP Release Notes  . Appendices of the
            release notes contain short descriptions of
            the   restrictions specific to the Run-Time
            Environment for OpenVMS AXP, and   an
            explanation of the options available with the
            Run-Time Environment for OpenVMS AXP.

            installing Asian DECforms by invoking
