Installation Overview
---------------------

The MUP kit can be installed with the setld command, as outlined in Chapter 10
of the DEC OSF/1 Guide to System Administration (AA-PS2RA-TE).

The MUP kit consists of 5 subsets, AMWBASE101, AMWCNL10N101, AMWKRL10N101,
AMWTWL10N101 and AMWXINTER101. It checks to ensure that no other version 
of DEC MAILworks are installed before installing this kit. If another
version of DEC MAILworks is found, the MUP kit will not be loaded and
the installation terminates. 

You must restart the Asian DEC MAILworks server after installation of the
MUP kit.

Installing the Asian DEC MAILworks for DEC OSF/1 MUP Kit
--------------------------------------------------------

1.  Install the Asian DEC MAILworks for DEC OSF/1 MUP kit:

    For CD-ROM format:
        # setld -l <directory_name> 

    For tape format:
	# setld -l <device_name>

2.  Restart Asian DEC MAILworks server
     
      # cd /usr/kits/MAILworks/bin
      # stopMAILworks
      # startMAILworks
