OpenVMStm Alpha Software Products Library December 2002 AV-RDA6T-TE Welcome to this month's OpenVMS Alpha Software Products Library Package. The December 2002 package includes the changes described in the following sections. Mandatory Update for TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Version 5.3 When running TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Version 5.3, some customers may encounter floating-point errors in application code when the NFS Client is accessing a file system served by the OpenVMS NFS Server. To prevent this problem, install the TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Version 5.3 Mandatory Update (MUP), provided on a separate CD-ROM with this version of the Software Products Library.
