HP is pleased to provide Ant 1.7-1 for OpenVMS on Integrity and Alpha systems. This runs on OpenVMS Integrity servers Version 8.2 and
later and OpenVMS Alpha Version 8.2 and later.
Apache Ant is a Java-based build tool, similar to the “make” utility. This
version is a port of Apache Ant 1.7 to the OpenVMS environment. Apache Ant 1.7
has been modified from the original Ant distribution on the Apache Ant website at
http://ant.apache.org. The modifications
were required to allow for differences in behavior on OpenVMS.
