Accessing FAT-format floppies?

The Question is:

 
Where can I find an OpenVMS utility to read W95 diskettes
using the RX26 device on AlphServer 400/1000/2100's?  I
want to be able to access an ASCII text file on a diskette
from a W95 PC by placing the diskette in the RX26 drive of
the AlpaServer.

The Answer is :
