Can I run a Btreive application under VMS?

The Answer is :

 
  Check with the database vendor(s) involved.
 
  Various packages are available for communications with databases -- one
  can access databases on OpenVMS remotely via ODBC and SQL, etc.  Oracle
  has (or had) a software package that allowed an application to access
