The Question is:

 
How do I use a DecServer 90M to make a specific port be used as a printer
queue.

The Answer is :

 
  Please see SYS$STARTUP:LAT$SYSTARTUP.TEMPLATE, and please see the
  OpenVMS System Manager's Manual.  On the DECserver, you will need
