The Question is:

 
How do I copy or backup directories intact (including
sub-directories)from a cluster node(VMS 5.5) to a
stand-alone node (VMS 6.2).
I'm consolidating my machines and want tod this as painless
as possible.
 
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  One generally uses BACKUP for this.
 
  See the BACKUP manual for assistance.
