The Question is:

 
A really, really foolish one, but what do you do if you've misplaced the SYSTEM account password?

The Answer is :

 
  If you have misplaced the SYSTEM password and have no other privileged
  passwords available, then you should read the OpenVMS Frequently Asked
  Questions (FAQ) section entitled "MGMT5.  I've forgotten the SYSTEM
