Remote batch submit? (OpenVMS and WinNT)

The Question is:

 
I can use submit/remote to run batch jobs between 2 machines both running VMS.  Is there anything similar that I can use between a VAX or Alpha running VMsS and an Alpha running NT?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Visual Batch allows access from a Windows NT system to submit jobs to
