The Question is:

 
Is ATM communications supported under VMS?  If so, what version of
VMS do I need?

The Answer is :

 
  The minimum version for ATM support is OpenVMS V7.1-1H1 with the
  following TIMA kits (or later): ALPBASE02_071 and ALPLAN02_071.
 
  Updated drivers for the ATM351 are being qualified, and a new driver
  will be release in an update to the ALPLAN kit.  We currently believe
  that the driver update will be released prior to September 1998.
