The Question is:

 
Is there a way to send an email over the internet to a VMS distribution list?  Can you specify a logical in the email address and have UCX 4.1 perform the translation to the corresponding VMS distribution list?

The Answer is :

 
  The Wizard would recommend using a mail server or package with similar
  capabilities, such as Majordomo, DELIVER (on the Freeware), or PMDF.
