CAP virus in FILE0011.CHK?

The Question is:

 
MacaFee Virusscan discovered a CAP virus in FILE0011.CHK.
Instructions were to delete this and replace from diskette.
However, the instructions didn't say which diskette. Can
you help? Where will I find this file (and what is it)?

  If this file is an OpenVMS or layered product component file, or
  a file provided by Compaq (Digital), please contact the customer
