HP LJ5si printing double-sided, landscape?

The Question is:

 
Dear Wizard,
  My company just bought a HP LaserJet 5Si printer.
I use UCX$TELNETSYM to send print jobs from VAX. It's works
fine for normal text and postscript. However, it's work
for other features such as double sided, landscape. Would
appreciate if you can help. Thanks.

The Answer is :

 
  Please see the OpenVMS documentation and contact the customer support
  center for assistance learning more about the OpenVMS device control
  libraries, if this is a non-Postscript printer.
 
  With Postscript printers and Postscript-related advanced features, the
  normal package used is DCPS.  With DCPS-OPEN license, third-party printers
  are supported.  And the DCPS-PLUS license includes support for the sorts
  of print operations that you seek.  DCPS V1.4 and later include support
  for printing via IP using typical NICs.
