Duplex and tray selection with HP LJ printer?

The Question is:

 
we are trying to print duplex and have tray selection from
VMS, we have different flavors of tcp including UCX, I have
been able to setup the ques and print to HP printers but
can't get it to accept anything but copies=n.  There is a
HPLJ.TLB file and I have set up forms to pass the HP
Escape sequences to the printer with no luck.  Do you know
of a newer HPLJ.TLB file or even a way of changing this
one?
