DCPS (DECprint) documentation?

The Question is:

 
I am going to set up a test vms/pathworks vax server to test printing to ip
only printers using dcps v1.5.  The printer I will be trying to test are
hp4000tn's with a hp jetdirect j3111a network card. I have already loaded
dcps 1.5 on the server and am unsure how to set up a dcps queue for it.  All
the documentation I can find refers the Decprint Supervisor for Open VMS
system managers guide and I only have an old copy.  Is there any were on your
internet site that I can find some documentation on what I need to do to get
this working or if not could you please e_mail some information to me.
