transfering files? LAT on Windows NT?

The Question is:

 
We have a DECserver 90L that was previously connected to our old DECsystem
5100 running Ultrix.  We have since migrated to an Intel Pentium server
running under Win NT 4.0.
 
We would like to continue using the 90L, if possible, to service out HP
LJIII printers.  Can the 90L be configured to operate under NT 4.0, and if
so how?
 
I have searched the Digital site with only one hit that was close.  This was
a question to you concerning the 90L in an 'NT only' configuration.  I would
appreciate any help you can give - even telling me that it can't be done.
