tools to analyze crashdumps?

The Question is:

 
Other than SDA and CLUE is there any
DEC or 3rd Party software that can help
you solve crash dumps.
 
E.G I have a customer whose machine
       has crashed with a machine check
       while in kernal mode. I can establish
       from the dump using sda and clue
      that the error occured in LOCKING.EXE.
      The crash hapened during a reboot.
      There do not appear to be any device
      errors.
 
Is there anything out there that could interpret
the crash dump file ?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  The customer support center has access to various resources and to
  trained and experienced staff that can resolve system crashes, machine
  checks, and similar problems.
 
  The Wizard is not aware of any resources in this area that are generally
  accessable to customers -- without a support contract of some sort.
