Latest TCP/IP (UCX) version?

The Question is:

 
We are about to replace TCPWare with UCX. What is the latest version of UCX?
Where can I get it from and is there any documentation?
 
Also, can we use our Alpha as a mailserver to send SMTP e-mail? (We are
having a kilostream circuit to our ISP)

The Answer is :

 
  TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS (UCX) V4.2 (with ECO) is the latest version,
  you can obtain the base kit from a standard softwaredistribution CD-ROM
  kit, ECOs are available on the CD-ROM and for download, and there is UCX
  documentation available on the documentation CD-ROM kit as well as in
  hardcopy format.
 
  OpenVMS Alpha systems running UCX can communicate via SMTP over IP links.
