ReGIS conversion to Postcript?

The Question is:

 
How do I print out REGIS Graphic box charters
on a stadard Postscript printer (DEC LN17ps).

The Answer is :

 
  Assuming the printer does not have ReGIS capabilities, you will need
  a ReGIS-to-Postscript converter package.  Check the DCPS package for
