Printing on HP LaserJet?

The Question is:

 
I have an HP LaserJet 5Si connect on our Network.
I am trying to set it up on our OpenVMS and an not
having any luck.  This printer has an ip address
and I tried to use ucx$lprsetup. I also tried using
the dcps$startup using the tcpip setup.  We are
running OpenVMS V6.2-1H3. Do you have any suggestions
to help me?

  Please look at previous discussions around setting up printers that
  are present in this area.
 
  If these discussions are insufficient, please contact the customer
  support center for further assistance.
 
  Expect to be asked for details on the TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS
  (UCX) and DCPS versions and ECO levels, on specifically what you have
  tried, any and all error messages that were produced, and what sorts
