Are there any patches that are required when upgrading to OpenVMS 7.1 from
OpenVMS 6.2 1H3 ?

  Please contact the customer support center.
 
  Each recent OpenVMS release has a list of the recommended (or mandatory)
  ECOs available via the customer support center, and via DSN/DSNlink.
  (As the list is updated regularly, posting it here would tend to provide
