seeking list of good security practices?

The Question is:

 
For any of the recent versions of OpenVMS could you provide
a checklist of "good security practices" with the commands that
should be used to implement them.
 
I have such documents for UNIX, NT and Netware but not OpenVMS and
my job requires that I provide such a list.
 
 
Any help you can give would be GREATLY appreciated.

  Please see the OpenVMS Guide to System Security manual, and particularly
