On which CD is AMDS available?

The Answer is :

 
  The DECamds kit is generally included on the same (or "nearby") CD-ROM
  as the OpenVMS operating system itself.
 
  On the OpenVMS Alpha V6.2 Operating Systems binaries CD-ROM, look in the
