The Question is:

 
Hi Wizard,
 
 Can you help me!!!
 
  Getting a message - system won't come up.  How do I break the system
startup?  Ran out of free blocks!
 
Error (1):
 
QUEUE_MANAG - QMAN-I-FREEDISK,
Free up 200 Blocks on disk DUA0
 
Second Error that then comes up
 
% QMAN-E-NODISK SPACE,
DISK SPACE NOT AVAILABLE QUEUE MANAGER TO CONTINUE
 
I need to break the system startup so as to get to clean up some free
blocks.
