BACKUP bugchecks after VAXY2K01_U2055?

The Question is:

 
Mr. Wizard,
 
I have installed VAXY2K01_U2055 and
VAXSHAD09_U2055 kits which now seem to
be causing our system to crash/reboot when
doing backups.  The full backups are submitted
in batch and will run for about an hour before
they run into a problem and the system reboots.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
