ISQL ISQFAIL Sybase errors?

The Question is:

 
Trying to us ISQL on the vax and we keep geting
this error message
 
Operating-system error:
        %SYSTEM-W-NOSUCHDEV, no such device available
DB-LIBRARY error:
        Unable to open socket.
%SYBASE-E-ISQLFAIL, ISQL has failed
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the ISQL Wizard at Sybase.
 
  OpenVMS system services return NOSUCHDEV as a 32-bit status value,
  counting on the calling program (ISQL in this case) to report the
  status along one or more additional parameters to the caller, and
  these parameters include the device name and any other information
  relevent to the particular error.
 
  It is certainly possible that the ISQL package records additional
  information such as the device in a log file somewhere, rather than
  sending it to the terminal.  For this and for other Sybase support
