HP printers via LAT? (Blank pages)

The Question is:

 
I've always had the identical problem as other readers with HP printers and
blank pages when printing via LATSYM on OpenVMS and including the /FORM
qualifier. I've tried many fixes including the one I read here - inserting
]VMS;2\ into the reset module -
and I still get a leading blank page. Perhaps it is the way I set terminal
characteristics for the LTA devices or define my forms? Any (more) help
would be appreciated.

  Please contact the customer support center.  You will need to provide
  information on your specific serial line configuration setting, on
