Acquiring Y2K readiness ECO kit?

The Question is:

 
Subject: Downloading of Contract Software Patches
 
I am trying to source the Year 2000 patch VAXY2K0n_U2055 for our VMS system,
but it is only available under contract.
 
My company does not presently have a software contract with Digital but
naturally, we are in need of this patch.  Is there a mechanism by which it
cn be bought without requiring a full contract?

  For those customers that do not have support contracts for prior versions,
  the Year 2000 (Y2K) readiness kit CD-ROM can be purchased under part number
  QA-MT1AQ-HW.
