Acquiring list of recommended ECOs?

The Question is:

 
I'm looking for a list of "highly recommended"
patches for VAX/VMS 5.5, 5.5-2, OpenVMS V6.2
and variations, and OpenVMS 7.1 on both VAX and
Alpha systems related to our Year 2000 effort
Intel, MA. We have nearly 40 systems that are
planned to be upgraded in the next 8-10 weeks
and we need to set up test systems to qualify
our applications. I'd like to make sure we
have knowledge of all the "critical" patches
and apply them in the proper sequence. Is there
such a list anywhere on a Digital/Compaq site?
I've searched every patch web page and also
have called CSC in desperation. Any information
is helpful. Thanks.

  Please use the DSNlink mechanism to acquire the list of recommended ECO
  kits.  If you do not have access to DSNlink, please contact the customer
  support center directly for assistance.
 
  (The Wizard would prefer to avoid posting the list here, as it will tend
