I got problems with setting up proxy accounts in openvms for user in tcp/ip
for FTP commands and remote file accessing in COBOL. How can a proxy be
setup so that the tcp/ip recognize it and how can anonymous users be created
on openvms.

  Information on setting up anonymous users and proxies is included in
  the DIGITAL TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS (UCX) documentation -- the
  Wizard would strongly recommend acquiring and reading the UCX manuals.
 
  The Wizard would also recommend using a recent version of UCX -- V4.1
  or V4.2 (or later) -- with the current ECO kit for the release.
